What isTelemark Skiing!

Telemark skiing is an multiskiing discipline that includes telemark turns, skating sections and jumps.
The turns require that the heel of the boot not be attached to the ski (thus the terms, free heel skiing).
Telemark skiing uses boots and bindings specifically designed to allow this turn.
Telemark skiing was named after a region in Norway where the skiing pioneer Sondre Norheim
founded the turn over one hundred years ago.

The Crispi CX 2 is about an inch and a half shorter than the CX 1 putting it at about the same height as the Scarpa T1. We feel that this is the perfect size boot as it gives you great control (the CX 2 wont make a back seat beater of you when things get a little OC - as from time to time they must!), yet it's light enough to be an excellent backcountry boot. Black Diamond Arc Ascent Ski

It's a way to catch up with friends. Get rid of a hangover. Exercise the dog. Plan out your next big trip. Made from a foam/carbon core, the Arc Ascent is a lightweight ski with the perfect amount of side cut and flex for touring and steep chutes alike.
